Gang we lost one of our founders this week, Prema. Prema has had to move on from the team for personal reasons but I wanted to take some time when I had it to share my thoughts.
Prema was a big part of the soul of the team from its very beginning and was the glue holding much of this team together through its early days in Siege of Orgrimmar and Highmaul. She was personally responsible for so much of the day to day activities of this raid team / family and was always in raid with a great attitude and positive spirit.
I don't know that we can ever replace her on this team but in the coming days we'll have some adjustments to the leadership structure to try to help fill some of the gap.
Prema - please don't stay a stranger and hopefully we'll see you back in the hallowed halls of the WAI one day soon! Much love.
